Yes, ProspectAI uses a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model. You connect your own Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini API key. This gives you full control over your AI usage and costs. API costs from the providers are separate from your ProspectAI subscription.

ProspectAI leverages AI to generate structured prospect data based on publicly available information. The AI provides the best available data, but we recommend verifying critical contact details before outreach. Enterprise plans include access to verified data sources.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

We currently support Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Gemini (Google). You can switch between providers at any time. We're also adding support for more models regularly.

When the AI returns prospect data in a table format, you'll see an "Export CSV" button. You can select specific rows with checkboxes or export the entire table. The CSV file is compatible with all major CRMs including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive.
